Process
The same six stages run on every project. The depth of each one changes; the order does not.
Step 01
We learn the business, the users and the constraints before proposing anything. This is where most project risk is either found or missed.
You get: A written problem statement and the risks we have identified.
Step 02
We turn the problem into a scope with priorities, a timeline and a technical direction — including what we are deliberately leaving out.
You get: A scope document and a delivery plan you can hold us to.
Step 03
Data model, workflows and interface design. We design the system and the screens together so neither forces a compromise on the other.
You get: Designs and a data model reviewed and agreed with you.
Step 04
Implementation in short cycles, with working software you can open rather than status updates you have to trust.
You get: Working software, visible from the first week of building.
Step 05
Automated checks plus deliberate manual testing: real devices, poor connections, keyboard-only navigation, and the awkward cases.
You get: A tested release and a written list of what was verified.
Step 06
Deployment, monitoring and handover — then the work of improving something real, based on what users actually do.
You get: A live product, in your accounts, with a support arrangement.
Launch is a milestone, not the end. We offer ongoing maintenance — dependency and security updates, monitoring, fixes and a monthly block of development time for improvements. If you would rather take it in-house, we hand it over properly instead of making you dependent on us.
Tell us about the project and we will show you what stage one looks like.
